Big Fish is one of my best movies ever, but this guy is one of the craziest!
Tim Burton says he didn't want the emotional ending of "Big Fish" to be too sentimental.
"I had my own meter there running to try to watch it," the director said.
But Burton says that he kept his "vomit bag" next to him while he was editing just in case.
The ending is emotional enough to make many moviegoers weep. Burton says he cries at movies but only when he's flying. For some reason, movies he watches on planes make him cry, whether they're sentimental or not. He says he recently cried during a screening of "The Hulk" as if it were "Love Story."
