*Clint Eastwood - Million Dollar Baby (will win)

Mike Leigh - Vera Drake (why this? why not others like Eternal Sunshine??)

Martin Scorcese - The Aviator (might sweep)

BEST ACTOR (Clint vs Jamie. It used to be locked for Jamie, but because of Clint's nomination, now it's really uncertain... )
Don Cheadle - Hotel Rwanda
Johnny Depp - Finding Neverland (Pirates is better)
Leonardo DiCaprio - The Aviator
Clint Eastwood - Million Dollar Baby (Am glad he is nominated)
*Jamie Foxx - Ray (Still, I guess him)

BEST ACTRESS (Ignore Annette even if it's rematch w/ Hil. Imelda or Kate is more formidable)
Annette Bening - Being Julia (Don't want to see the movie)
Catalina Sandeno Moreno - Maria Full of Grace (Have to see the movie!)
Imelda Staunton - Vera Drake (Movie was boring...)
*Hilary Swank - Million Dollar Baby (Soon-to-be 2-time Oscar winner)
Kate Winslet - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (Yay!)

BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR (Tom vs Morgan, but looks career award for Morgan)
Alan Alda - The Aviator (He is like only 15 minutes on the film!!!)
Thomas Haden Church - Sideways (I like him, but will be for next movie)
Jamie Foxx - Collateral (He is NOT supporting (which is by Tom Cruise), but leading!)
*Morgan Freeman - Million Dollar Baby (Never won, so looks honoring him)
Clive Owen - Closer (Most deserving!! Cruelly profane sex beast!!!)

BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS (Most competitive and unpredictable category. Really I have no clue. Should be Cate vs Virginia vs Nat)
Cate Blanchett - The Aviator (She is Elf queen, after all)
Laura Linney - Kinsey
Virginia Madsen - Sideways (Sideways is losing momentum)
Sophie Okonedo - Hotel Rwanda
*Natalie Portman - Closer (I am not biased! I am hopeful, but it's possible! She can win!)
